1. Gather the tools (computer, books, notepads, tools, sports equipment, cleaning products – whatever you need).
2. Take a deep breath.
3. Start working.

In case you get distracted, repeat points 2 and 3.

      Good point, Natalia! But only if you are sure that 15 minutes will not become 30, 45 😉 Usually, it’s good to just start not to give yourself a chance to change your mind.
